We've enjoyed Jared's vacation days by going to meet our newest cousin Maya.

SNOW!

We welcomed the first snowfall of 2010/2011 appropriately. Snowball fight,

snow angels,

and basketball of course.

Josh is using a lot more words and doesn't know that you don't normally play basetball in the snow! He asked for ball so we had to bring the hoop out. All in all we only spent about 15 minutes outside. Followed of course by some hot chocolate.

Eagles vs. Bears

The Eagles came to town to battle the Bears, and we went as part of Bob Foy's 30th Birthday celebration.

Thanksgiving

With the Texas Silvers in town for Thanksgiving, we bucked our Black Friday shopping tradition (sort of)** and checked out the Wonderland Express at the Chicago Botanic Gardens.

Day Downtown

we spent the day at the Shedd Aquarium. We checked out the fish, but this was a great view of the Chicago skyline that we had to share with you.

Trick or Treat

Madden's parents down the street invited us to go trick or treating. Madden went as a bear and Josh as a puppy.

Playdate at Kiera's

q-tip painting at Kiera's house. Kiera's mom Teresa works with me and Kiera was born about 5 months before Josh, but we finally got a chance to get the kids together to play. They had this cute art project ready to go, but all the kids wanted to do was run around the house chasing each other!
