The Arlington Heights Park District had a community night at nearby Schaumburg field.  An independent minor league team.  So we ventured out for family night.

The neighborhood pools were supposed to have opened this weekend, but the bad weather didn't deter us from using our pool passes for the first time!  at the indoor pool!

and per Josh's request, the pizza place after the pool.  this time we watched the fish while we waited for our pizza.

Happy Memorial Day

Zoo!

Beautiful day on a weekend?  Let's go to the Zoo!

Our first stop was the new Dinosaurs alive exhibit, free tickets with our admission.  On the way, when we asked Josh what he wanted to see, he said Dinosaurs and he told him that Dinosaurs weren't living any more, then I remembered the special exhibit.  Our kid is so smart.

Caitlyn walked a lot of the time at the zoo this trip.
